Born in Cwmdare in the Cynon Valley, Wales isn't just where I'm from — it's who I am. The landscapes, the people, the language and the culture run deep. I've lived across Europe and the UK, but I always come back. Cardiff is home.

Aberdare, where I grew up, hosted the Aberdare Park road races every year — motorcycle racing through a public park. As a kid that seemed completely normal. Looking back, it was wonderful. That same town gave me my love of sport, music, and the outdoors — all things that still define me today.
